The Nook at Tamarron

Located just 17 miles north of downtown Durango, Colorado and 10 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of spectacular cliffs, access to pool and spa facilities, and all the necessities for a brief or extended stay in our studio condo. This completely renovated Tamarron condo has a wall of windows with lots of natural light and is located in the prestigious Gamble Oaks area. This unit features a full kitchen, one full bath with modern updates, and a small deck. There is also a counter height dining table which can seat 2 or be used as a desk for your laptop. The updated bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The queen bedroom area has been semi-walled for some privacy from the kitchen, dining and living space. The bedroom area has its own Apple-TV so you can connect to your own apps. In the living space there is a new European queen sized leather sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress along with a leather reclining chair for watching your favorite show on a 50" TV. Note: Tamarron Resort offers a fitness center with cardio equipment, free weights, assisted weights, and an indoor/outdoor pool with two indoor hot tubs. The men's and women's locker rooms have complimentary day lockers to use, a steam room, sauna, and showers. The resort charges a resort fee of $30/day which covers all guests in your party to use these amazing facilities. Staying in this unit also gives you access to the Valley Golf course. To play 18 holes, the cost is $185 with a cart. 9 holes is $115 with a cart. Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking. A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guests, pets and gatherings, we are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guests that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights. Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras. Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund. Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
