Important Notice: This home is equipped with a professionally inspected and regularly serviced septic system. While fully functional and well maintained, intermittent septic-related odors may occasionally be noticeable, which is a normal characteristic of such systems and does not affect the home's comfort or cleanliness. Pet Policy No dogs are allowed unless prearranged with the management company. There is an additional pet fee of $100 per dog per reservation. Maximum 2 dogs. Renters are responsible for their pet(s) at all times and must ensure all solid wastes have been picked up and disposed of before departure. There will be a $500 fine if there is an unauthorized pet on the property. NO Smoking anywhere on the premises. NO Outside fires. NO Garage access. Bear activity is possible in the area, so we kindly ask that all vehicles remain closed and that trash is kept securely inside. You may also spot a variety of wildlife during your stay, including birds, jumping fish, deer, elk, and bugs—part of the charm of this natural setting! Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund. Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
